When you join our waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, register interest for Tales on Screen or Tales on Paper, or place an order on talesofcoffee.com, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address in Bangladesh, and payment reference (such as a bKash Transaction ID when applicable).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to fulfill coffee orders, coordinate courier delivery, respond to your inquiries, and, when you opt in, send you updates on new coffee selections, film screenings, and book discussions. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your submissions and order records are securely stored in our managed PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections. Only authorized Tales of Coffee administrators have access to customer records.
4. Your Rights & Contact
You may request to update or delete your contact details or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing talesofcoffeeofficial@gmail.com.
