1. Bangladesh Delivery Zones & Rates
We ship sealed coffee pouches, gift sets, and brewing accessories nationwide across Bangladesh. Delivery charges are flat-rate per order based on your zone:

2. Packing & Dispatch Schedule
If you select ground coffee (Espresso, Moka Pot, Pour-Over/V60, French Press, or Cold Brew), we grind your coffee prior to sealing so aromatics remain intact in your cup.
3. Returns, Replacements & Damaged Parcels
Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee pouches once delivered. However, if your parcel arrives damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong grind or item by mistake, please email talesofcoffeeofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
